Getting to know middle school students through monochromatic self-portraits.

Exploring the element of art LINE through sketchbook covers. Students glued a piece of coloring page to their sketchbooks and used sharpie to "camouflage" it into their design. Can you the coloring page in these sketchbooks?

Building skill and gaining confidence with rulers by creating geometric designs.

2nd graders using their ELA vocabulary in the art room by illustrating RURAL vs URBAN and creating 3-dimensional structures.

Art club practiced contour lines by exploring Jim Dine's paintbrush still life drawings.

5th graders using watercolors to create paint around their paintbrush drawings.

Second graders applying what they know about plant structures to create imaginary plants and habitats.
